create implication sitting_on_wall (88) -> on_wall (208)

create implication standing_on_wall (2) -> on_wall (208)

create alias on_top_of_wall (0) -> on_wall (208)

Reason: Some implications and two aliases related to being on top of a wall

I think implications are better than aliasing the terms away in this case. Aliasing the terms to either on_wall, sitting, or standing would cause one of the appropriate tags to be missed. Searching for on_wall sitting would have almost 1:1 overlap with a distinct sitting_on_wall tag, but it's not possible to alias a tag to two different tags at the moment to avoid overly specific distinct tags. There is some precedent for this with the implications of sitting_on_bed and sitting_on_chair, possibly among others.

The on_top_of_wall alias is included since users may not intuitively try tagging on_wall.

Why some positions are not included:
- lying_on_wall is not included since it could be misinterpreted to mean lying against a wall or being laid against a wall. There may be a case for a disambiguation there, but due to only rarely being tagged, I'm not too worried about it.
- reclining_on_wall is not included since it a) has never been tagged, and b) would be mildly ambiguous if interpreted to mean reclining against a wall.
- crouching_on_wall is not included due to never being tagged, being a rarer pose, having little to no precedent for crouching_on_* tags, and potentially causing mistags due to gargoyles being perched on the side top of buildings getting tagged this way against the spirit of a thinner, non-building wall.

EDIT: I just learned about the existence of the sitting_on tag. Is that distinction really necessary? The wiki states that it's "sitting on something or someone", which is literally everything since everything is something. We already have sitting_on_another for sitting on another living or animate inanimate thing, so I'm inclined to think it's safe to just, uh, ignore its existence.
