Topic: Arizona HB2112 and e621

HB2112, the Evangelical-inspired Arizona porn-license bill straight out of Project 2025, passed on May 13. e621 is hosted out of Arizona, so are there any plans for what to do when the law takes effect? If the site starts demanding a driver's license or other ID, traffic and ad revenue would fall out and IDK if BD would be able to maintain the site for however many years it would take until the bill was repealed. There are countless works here that are no longer available anywhere else (Sunibee, Josieokami, Triuni, etc.) I hope there is some kind of strategy because the alternative is to just resign yourself to the Library of Alexandria burning

The bill was already discussed thoroughly in topic #57070, which is now locked. There is nothing productive to be had in rehashing the discussion, so expect this thread to be locked as well.

I hadn't seen that a thread on the topic was already up. I'll take a look, thanks.
