Reason: I don't actually have much to say. He never went by the name Squeakie, he always signed his stuff Duo Radon. I'm guessing DuoRadon/Duo_Radon was taken at the time, or it could have been for personal reasons I suppose. I don't have much else to say on this, here is the text of my request to have duo_radon aliased to tanno_radon.
