You can get a list of notes via XML or JSON through the following URL (replace the post ID with the desired post ID, and xml with json for JSON, of course): https://e621.net/note/index.xml?post_id=160814

That returns the body of the note, and the width, height, x and y position if you're technically-inclined enough where that information is useful.
