Look at the posts using it, there might be one or two that are doing what you described, but the term is actually for ABDL (I hate that I know that, thanks DoggieBones and the games he makes lmao)

While it is used in that circle, it is most definitely used outside of that circle and is not restrained to abdl topics

It's practically "effeminate man", which is exactly what femboy is
While in an abdl context it may be used more ironically, I'd opt for the literal definition rather than niche kink usages

Sorry, what I meant was that the majority of the posts with that tag are used explicitly for the ABDL version
So it would need cleaning before the alias goes through

I think this tag and maybe the variant of sissy-boy should be disambiguated. They are being used for femboy, feminization, and infantilism rather sporadically.
