I think there should be a tag for where a character is on a call while also doing some sort of sexual activity. This tag should cover situations specifically where a character is on a call with characters NOT involved in the sexual activity.
This is different from phone sex, where characters on the call are directly interacting as part of the sexual activity, using explicit dialog and teasing.

This could also cover video calls and voice chat in addition to phone calls.

Often overlaps with distracted sex when the character is focusing on the call instead of sex, and vise versa. Also often seen in infidelity and cuckolding, where the character takes a call to avoid suspicion. Has some elements of exhibitionism or exposure, when the character is "caught" by a hot mic or accidentally/intentionally turns the camera on.

I think a good starting definition for this tag would be:

This tag is for situations where a character participating in some sexual activity, while simultaneously on a live call with other character(s) not directly involved in that sexual activity. This might take place over a phone call, video call, voice chat. The characters in the call are not directly involved sexually, as they would be in phone sex.

I need a good name for this tag. The best I could come up with is "phone exhibitionism", but that doesn't fit the situations where the call is kept ignorant of the sexual acts.

IMO not really, though it depends what exactly this tag means. I initially interpreted it as basically any form of audio recording and broadcasting during sex, so including things like post #5223452.

Yeah, that post would fit.
The tag I'm proposing would fit within multitasking, but as a special case that I see surprisingly often. Since the two tasks involve separate groups of people, who may be unaware of the other group, it sets up a lot of other tropes such as cuck/cheating. It can also set up unique ways of having stealth_sex (trying to keep out of camera, etc.) and/or being caught (accidentally unmuting, knocking over camera, etc.).
