Nope, external clitoral stimulation with no penetration or vaginal stimulation also causes an orgasm. I agree that female_orgasm isn't the right term, but there's at least two different things that it might be.

We shouldn't. There can be very obvious visual differences, especially with large clitorises and non-penetrative sex. I'm not sure why the clitoral_orgasm tag is so completely underused, but these are not interchangeable terms.

Now that said, it is impossible/difficult to tell which is happening in a large portion of images. The exact stimulation isn't always visible and sometimes both are. There could/should be an umbrella tag that covers both clitoral and vaginal orgasms.

Alias to female (fits the first word, for autocomplete matching) or orgasm (arguably a more useful replacement), IMO.

I'm not sure that 'female' is the best target- I could see it being applied to andromorph or gynomorph characters. Orgasm isn't a bad target, but because a more specific tag is likely able to be applied, I lean towards a disambiguation/invalid category.

Not a fan of disambiguation if there's a target that almost always applies. A disambiguation always requires manual cleanup, an alias may only rarely need a cleanup.

ehh... with a tag like this with several potential valid meanings (vaginal_orgasm, clitoral_orgasm, pussy_ejaculation) along side just the invalid female+orgasm meaning I feel like disambiguation is best.
