create implication dipstick_snout (26) -> snout (72403)

create implication dipstick_hair (670) -> hair (1892126)
create implication dipstick_fingers (690) -> fingers (553294)
create implication dipstick_toes (405) -> toes (456337)

The bulk update request #11084 is pending approval.

create alias dipstick_nose (30) -> dipstick_snout (26)
create alias dipstick_tail_feathers (86) -> dipstick_feathers (158)
create alias dipstick_flesh_whiskers (6) -> dipstick_whiskers (14)
create alias dipstick_arms (284) -> gloves_(marking) (60303)
create alias dipstick_legs (198) -> socks_(marking) (48129)
change category dipstick_limbs (1600) -> invalid

Reason: Aliasing of overly specific or redundant body parts. From what I can tell, all posts tagged dipstick_nose are indistinguishable from a dipstick snout.

Not sure what should be done with dipstick_pedipalps, dipstick_face, dipstick_whiskers, dipstick_ear_fins, or dipstick_tusks. Are they too specific?

The implications to multicolored_* don't work when the dipstick color is a different shade of the base color.

They're standard implications for existing dipstick tags, however. Should we make a BUR to remove those?

I'm not sure which dipstick tags still implicate multicolored besides dipstick_ears (dipstick_tail doesn't), but yes, they should be removed, IMO.
