It is possible that the terms may appear in media other than Fortnite; however a Google search for any of them brings up almost entirely Fortnite-related results, and maybe more relevantly, all images tagged with any of the terms proposed for implication here on e621 are also tagged with "fortnite".

Would it be more appropriate to add "_(fortnite)" as a qualifier to the above terms, and then implicate those to "fortnite" instead?

yeah, i would update and then imply the new versions.

Also make doubly sure that each of the posts you edit those tags on are explicitly referencing Fortnite
