Reason: user randomly decided to make new tags for already established artists. I'm hoping mass update will be fine once they are talked to.

yamxiboi will have to be manually updated because half of the art is by yamwamm and half is by anxiboi

If there's any chance any of these tags could be mixed up, it may be better to just nuke them, and not introduce any potential tagging issues.

It would be nice if mass reverting their changes was an option, but alias/implication fuckery makes that impossible.

the "plushgl1x" one seems so weirdly specific, unlike the other ones it's not just adding/removing/substituting random letters. it seems like it'd have come from _somewhere_ but, as far as I can tell, it's just as origin-less as the others. the only other place that has this name used for this artist (or for anything, for that matter) is r34.x, added to posts there by (seemingly) the same user.

i think an update should be fine since these have only ever been added by this user, but ill let people weigh in on it.
admins (maybe mods/janitors too, im not sure) can mass revert changes so theoretically that could be done here as well/

weird af lmao, i saw this yesterday thought it was only one artist (fluffydonuts) but then saw the whole scope of it today, i have no clue what they are trying to do.

looking more into it, it appears to be a merging of PtB's name with k1o_gl1x's for some reason.

If you haven't done so already, report the user in question since this is very obviously tagging abuse.

If it is a genuine mistake and they have somehow gotten the blessings of 7 8 different artists to change their name here, then the admins will sort it out appropriately.

there's no way, cause I know for a fact Nylonhellholes name was just aliased to that a few days ago. idk if this is there way of "favoriting" or what.

still this is a lot to be doing manually. 2000+ manual edits across (at least) two sites in a matter of days, I mean. especially with the 150 limit.

Mayhaps they're getting these different tags from some other booru/r34 site and assuming those are correct?

the user is also creating the same tags on other sites. and, with the weird mash-together of PlushtrapBoyUwU's and K1O_GL1K's names, I find it difficult to believe it's possible that these are coming from any external source.

The only limit on favoriting is the 80,000 total limit, no hourly limit
There is an hourly upvote limit, but that's 3,000 and may as well not exist (in a perfect world you could make 7200 requests per hour 60 * 60* 2, though you're lucky if you can manage even 1/second which would be 3600)
