Technically they're not the same, imminent_anal can apply to masturbation (not sex) and non-penetrative acts, like rimming. However, there are separate imminent_sex and imminent_masturbation that can be used in conjunction with imminent_anal, imminent_oral, and imminent_vaginal, which shouldn't give that many false positives; making combinations like these seem like overkill.

For the first, I think imminent_orgasm should probably be aliased away. Currently it's used a decent amount on character simply having sex or masturbating:

Unless sex and masturbation implicate imminent_orgasm, simply having sex or masturbating shouldn't warrant the tag, nor should precum. imminent_orgasm also shouldn't apply if they're in the midst of an orgasm (it can't be both imminent and happening at the same time). That would leave only posts that say something like I'm "I'm close" or "I'm gonna cum", and I'm not a fan of tags that are just indicating certain phrases in dialog (ala good_boy or thank_you).

I think imminent_orgasm is a slightly broader term and can be used reliably for when characters are either not announcing it or the image just shows common signs in genitalia/expressions that often foreshadow the following climax. i.e. excessive leaking of precum and ahegao without a pictured climax
