Reason: To match the category of other [language]_text tags

You don't need to make a request, this isn't a BUR, you can just Edit Tag Type

Only admins can change tags into the meta category

Not sure what you tried to do, but it didn't do anything

Alright that's a UI glitch then.
Because Meta shows up in the dropdown menu when changing a tag's type, and the website says the change was successfully saved.
