Requested feature overview description.
It would be great if https://e621.net/post_versions allowed you to list only the tag changes made to your own posts.
Maybe with a "My Posts" link at the top, like we have for sets.
Or maybe you could specify an uploader, but I don't see how that would be useful.

Why would it be useful?
So people can more easily learn to tag better.

What part(s) of the site page(s) are affected?

Let's not encourage people to obsessively check how their uploads are tagged.
