Reason: The "Twitter hoodie meme" seems to literally just be the description of a Shrug Hoodie, and while I'm not about to alias them (even though the two currently seem to be being used interchangeably as I believe there are images here that were not intended to be a part of the meme yet have the meme tag and not the normal tag) I do feel there should be a connection between the two of some sort...
