Reason: changing my artist tag here in E621 from hex_sinstolus to mrhexsins because that is what i use now in every platform

You probably want this to be an alias instead of an update, which would make the old name when added to a post or put in a search mean the new. An update simply effects existing posts, and given how long BURs take to approve it would be far faster to simply manually change them over.
