Reason: The other hand_in_* tags implicate their respective clothing, but not these ones.

Bumping because this appears to have fallen through the cracks.

The problem is do we want/need to have more hand_in_* tags when hand_in_underwear briefs or similar could be sufficient?

One argument for more of them is that hand_in_panties already implies hand_in_underwear.
On the other hand, since there are so many subtypes of underwear, do we need to make hand_in_* tags for each of them?

For the record, I agree with TheGreatWolfgang on this; I think separate tags for each type of underwear is excessive.
