Reason: Could flip but this wouldn’t mess with the autocomplete as much. We don’t need a small_penis tag for every type of penis.

I was a little concerned about people tagging it for penises that are proportionally small for a horse, but average-to-large on a human frame, but no. At least half the uses are on humanoid dicks and that isn't going to fly.
