The tag implication #67071 ambient_ray -> ambient_fish has been rejected.
Reason: Rays are fish and all that, the usual. I think they're distinct enough to where this tag isn't useless?
And if they're not distinct enough, these two should be aliased instead of having the ray tag be in this weird limbo.
