The bulk update request #10759 is pending approval.
change category background_music (400) -> meta
create implication background_music (400) -> sound (44240)
Reason: Audio-related tags are usually meta. Background music can only exist in webm animations and old flash animations.
EDIT: added background_music -> sound
EDIT2: removed background_music -> animated

What is the difference between background music and music here? Considering this site's focus on visual works, with the visual aspect being the primary element for posts being acceptable, how often would a post contain music that isn't background music? This should perhaps be aliased, and use some other tag(s) to indicate music being a non-background element (music combined with tags like playing_instrument, singing, etc?).
In either case,

This will get caught up in whether slideshow is considered animated or not.

Alright, I removed that part. It seems most people don't want slideshows to be tagged animated: topic #54476. It's unfortunate there's one result for background_music flash. If there were none, we could just imply webm, in theory.

The music tag is kind of a mess, honestly. It seems to be an umbrella tag for anything music-related: background_music, listening_to_music, playing_music, musical_note, sheet_music, singing, references to album_covers... However, literally NONE of those imply music currently... And, as I stated above, I'm confused why song and music are separate tags.

I don't think musical note, sheet music, album covers should imply music
Also song has lyrics, music doesn't have that req
