The tag implication #66931 handjob_while_penetrating -> penetration has been approved.

Reason: Excluding penetration from a search should also exclude results tagged handjob_while_penetrating. Seems kinda obvious that penetration would have to be involved in order to give a handjob while penetrating.

Should also apply to handjob_while_penetrated and the corresponding footjob tags. Do I need to make a separate request for each tag?
