mass update big_chief_bakari_(artist) -> big_chief_bakari
create alias cheekycheets (0) -> big_chief_bakari (0)

Reason:
{first time doing a BUR, help me out if I need please!}

1) The tag fix removes the unneccesary _(artist) suffix

2) The alias:

From artists FA page (https://www.furaffinity.net/user/cheekycheets/)

"I go by Big Chief Bakari on my work............
........(Yes I crave the day I can change the username here.)"

This alias will help people sourcing from FA

EDIT: The bulk update request #10678 (forum #442437) has been rejected by @disposableyeens.

It may be better to alias the tag, given the artist is verified to it. (also carries over the artist page)

You can edit the BUR to change the update to an alias.
