Might make more sense to have it imply office_chair instead? These seem to be just a more elaborate form of an office chair, and Wikipedia also refers to them as such.

I looked at the wikipedia page, and its first paragraph seems to be listing the differnce between office and gaming chairs. Same thing with the e621 wiki which states "they are distinct from office chairs with their high headrests, bucket seats, and larger, more colorful designs."
The wiki page on e621 also mentions the existence of cockpit gaming chairs, which I could not find an example of on e621, but looking on amazon I could find this, which I would not personally consider an office chair

Maybe it’s just semantics, but Wikipedia does say like many office chairs, implying that a gaming chair is a type of office chair. I mean, they’re clearly very similar compared to, say, a lawn chair. Either way, it’s definitely a desk chair (designed for use at a desk - which is aliased to office chair) and there are some more basic/low-end gaming chairs that aren’t really anything more than standard office chairs with brighter colors.

I feel like that shouldn’t be lumped in with typical gaming chairs either. That’s a very distinct thing, so I’d probably just give that it’s own tag.
Alternatively, if we wanna get real elaborate with it:
imply pc_gaming_chair -> gaming_chair, office_chair imply cockpit_chair -> gaming_chair imply gaming_chair -> chair
