The tag alias #75684 too_deep -> penetration has been approved.

Reason: There isn't a super consistent use. Even large_penetration doesn't appear to apply to all images tagged this way.

My only concern is it pushes toothed whale further down.

To be fair though, I feel like there are very few cases where toothed_whale should be used on its own rather than being applied through implications. Most generic/ambiguous/fantasy whales will be either baleen whales or dolphins (which imply toothed_whale) and generic/ambiguous/fantasy whales based on orcas also fall under the 'dolphin' umbrella.
