Reason: Intersex tags

I'm still not sure what mostly_offscreen_* is supposed to mean and how its different from faceless_*.

It's when only a small portion of a character is visible on screen. A faceless character could have most of their body visible without their face being visible. A mostly offscreen character could have just their head visible.

has anyone used it for that? because it seems like the two tags are used pretty similarly in practice.

I'm kinda iffy on either of these are great tagnames, though, if I'm being honest. I've run up on these and some of the disembodied_* tags (most specifically disembodied penis) a few times and I'm just not sure I love our current names and/or definitions.

What do you think should be done with these tags?

I think mostly_offscreen_character (and really, all the other *_character tags) should be for specific characters, those that have a name, or are otherwise identified as someone specific. So an image of Twilight Sparkle being mostly offscreen could be tagged mostly_offscreen_character, while some generic unnamed lucario being mostly offscreen should just be tagged mostly_offscreen_male and mostly_offscreen_anthro, and not mostly_offscreen_character.

what would be the utility of that?

That it indicates some known character being mostly offscreen. It just seems largely redundant and pointless to me if it applies to any animate creature since they'd be the only things tagged mostly offscreen in the first place.
