create alias wide_brimmed_hat (26) -> sun_hat (2752)

Reason: almost all of the hats in wide brimmed hats are carmen sandiago style sunhats. thats generally how the tag is used. im open to other suggestions of course.

Should just be aliased to hat, since there are also other wide-brimmed hats other than sun_hat.
