change category furmessiah_(v1d2p3d) (239) -> character

Reason: Change tag category to character, like it was before

1) BUR #10415 (topic #55201 ) was approved (of update furmessiah_(character) -> furmessiah_(v1d2p3d) )
and
2) i tried to "Edit Tag Type" but result was
"Access Denied
You do not have permission to visit this page".

The problem, of course, being that furmessiah_(v1d2p3d) is on over 100 posts. At that point, an Admin has to make the change via someone submitting a BUR.

Can't mods and/or janitors change the tag category

Janitors can't, and I presume Mods can't either. Obviously, only Admins can approve BURs, but I don't know if there's any leftover code from before BURs that Admins can use to switch things over.

Admins can manually change tag category. At least I believe so. Mods i'm not sure

The bulk update request #10425 (forum #439672) has been approved by @furrypickle.

Just for science, I tested changing it manually first and it worked. So yes, that still is one way to do it.

But then it seemed silly to reject the BUR just because it was already done manually. So that's approved too.
