swollen wiki says:
A condition in which a body part is shown to be temporarily puffed out, engorged, or inflamed. This tag should only be used if the swelling is distinctive, and the likely result of a natural bodily response.
This seems pretty sketchy from a TWYS perspective. "Temporarily" is difficult to tell in static images, and it's a vague statement (how long does "temporary" encompass?). How does something like post #5351846 differ from typical obese or morbidly_obese bodies to be considered swollen? Similarly for breasts, how do you distinguish something like post #4938903 or post #4818161 from regular big_breasts? Or something like post #4568620 (warning: blood/menstruation) which aren't even big_breasts, but regular-looking multi_breast. Considering swollen also includes cartoonish lumps like in post #4862298, this all seems vague and over-broad to me.
Might be better to alias swollen_breasts to big_breasts or breasts.
