The tag alias #75243 water_break -> water_breaking has been approved.
Reason: Just made a wiki page with the latter tag and honestly, I'm not sure if the alias here is the best choice or to flip it around because I can see a reason for either side, so I'm just hoping this is fine.
EDIT: The tag alias water_break -> water_breaking (forum #439213) has been approved by @spe.
