Should wolfskin be aliased to werewolf? A lot of those images are more akin to just animal humanoids. Idk too much about fire emblem, but they don’t look like traditional werewolves, so it might be best to leave them as their own separate tag.

Those images are of characters wearing a literal wolfskin. We may need to make a wolfskin_(clothing) tag or similar.
A quick Google of "wolfskin creature" returns only Fire Emblem and Dungeons & Dragons, where it is a ranger subclass. I don't see how the Fire Emblem incarnation is meaningfully different from werewolves: they're humanoids that transform into wolf monsters.

idk if these are what people are looking for when searching for werewolves, and they don't really fit in e6's rules for what is and isn't a werewolf.

these are not "characters wearing a literal wolfskin." they are animal_humanoids, and certianly don't look like werewolves to me.
Ah sorry, I was searching wolfskin -fire_emblem. You're touching on a related debate, though, which is whether werewolves should be an allowed tag at all. The characters in those images are wolfskins in human form, but that's not obvious from a single image. (Their monster forms are more straightforwardly werewolf-looking.)
