"Nancy Suzy" seems like a fan name, and unless a fan-created name is pretty much totally ubiquitous in it's usage, we generally don't use them. so, this might should be reversed.

It looks like this is just a combination of two one-off names

Incidental 7 has been given six one time generic names throughout the franchise:

- In Employee of the Month, a pale pink Incidental 7 is named Dame Mackerel.
- In "Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy V," she is called Nancy.
- In "Good Ol' Whatshisname," she is called Suzy Fish.
- In its credits and "Mermaid Man vs. SpongeBob," she is called Suzy.
- In Behold, No Cavities!/Happiness to Go!/I Feel Good!, a pale orange colored Incidental 7 is named Debbie.
- In The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge on the Run, she is called Sally.

It looks like Incidental 7 is not really any one set character but a background character design meant to serve as an extra in whatever role a scene requires. Therefore, she can have any name an episode requires.
