Reason: While *zolt works well for that group, doing the same for arcto*, draco* and *vish does not. And using "~" tilldaes can work it is inconvenient. And since the are objectively definable groups and these prefixes/suffixes are unlikely to be used for unrelated pokemon, this would be convenient.
