create implication huge_cheeks (485) -> big_cheeks (1430)

Reason: it isnt a really common tag but usually these are used with hyper inflation or morbidly obese. Having these implied would help just type one instead of having to type multiple of these tags

its says in big cheeks that it isnt mutually exclusive with chubby cheeks, because if it is used in inflation, it wouldnt be chubby cheeks, it would be puffed cheeks
