Yes, they do that with every tag, but I don’t think that’s a good reason to remove the tag altogether.

It is when it's heavily misused with no sign of getting people to understand. Currently, what succubus is tagged on vs the mythological elements being visual, is worse than humanoid and werewolf. Those latter two at least have some applicable posts on each page of results, while succubus has entire pages of results without any kind of energy theft through sex being visible, just a "sexy" "demon" that may or may not be having sex.

Though even there, I would say some kind of energy_theft tag would be a better way to handle it regardless. We don't define species by what someone does, but we tag characters by what they're doing; e.g. veterinarian isn't a species declaring what a character does in lore, it's a general tag indicating what a character is doing in a given image. Similarly, if a succubus is defined as someone who steals energy through sex, it should use a general tag to indicate what they're doing in a given image, rather than a species tag declaring what they do in lore.

the difference is that literally no one agrees on what succubus means or what it should be used for. at least were* has the façade of a coherent tag, succubus dosn't even have that. as I said above: succubus and the like are just <is demon> AND <has sex> OR <is seductive> OR <is conventionally attractive> OR <caters to a fetish> OR <consumes sexual energy> OR <consumes sexual fluids> OR <has genitals> OR...

if you want a tag for a creature that steals sexual energy or whatever, then the tag sould just be for the action of stealing sexual energy, not a species that steals sexual energy maybe, sometimes.

4 days ago, I have started describing the classical look of succubus on his wiki. I was mixing the appearance associated with succubus and properties associated with succubus.
By seeing the use of the tag, I think that it is not the good way of presenting things. Now, I've just completely separated "Succubus properties" and "Classical succubus appearance".
