Reason: While the currently used crystal_maiden_wolf_persona is easy to come up with by those who don't know the name of every cosmetic by heart and thus should stay as an alias, it's generic and seems to make people confuse her for rylai_the_crystal_maiden, who's a separate character.
A second issue is how she's actually supposed to be called: she barely names herself in her responses (occasionally titles herself "the Conduit" and "the Blueheart") and no other hero even talks about her.

Proposed tags to name her:
conduit_of_the_blueheart_(dota) — Very official, it's what she's called in the loadout, but a little long.
blueheart_(dota) — Shorter version, doubtful there will ever be a need to make a tag for a fictional glacier.
lady_blueheart_(dota) — My preferred option and the one I made this particular request for, I've seen her termed like this about three times and it stuck with me.
