The tag implication #61369 human_focus -> not_furry_focus has been rejected.

Reason: Not sure why it doesn't already, the wiki for not_furry_focus says to use human_focus alongside it if the focus character is a human, and I'm having trouble imagining a situation where a post is human_focus but not not_furry_focus.
