Reason: Unofficial name for the character, prior to the release of the Kids See Ghosts trailer.
It could be the other way around, but kanye_bear has more posts and has a wiki article while the other doesn't.

Dropout Bear is the official name of the character, so it should be the other way around. It doesn't matter if "Kayne Bear" has more posts and a wiki article; the official name should be used as the tag instead, and the wiki article should be moved to that name.

Edit: Not only that, but the kanye_bear article is only a brief four-word line that's not necessarily accurate anyway.

Edit 2: I've decided to retag all the posts to use dropout_bear, and expand and move the wiki page.
