Seems like "masterelrest" is the actually used by the artist, and in some accounts "thefasza" can't be changed the username.

For those curious, thefastza is the name used on FA, a site well-known for not allowing users to change their account's name (even if it is useful for our purposes). Their DA is also thefastza, but it hasn't been touched since 2018. The FA links to the artist's MasterElrest Twitter which links to the MasterElrest Itaku, both of which has been used last year. Aliasing the names as above does appear to be the better course of action.
