Reason: "Pixzapix" is just for his Pixiv, hence the "Pix". Plus the Twitter account came first.

Specifically, the Pixzapix Twitter uses both names. Also, the Pixiv and the DA. All use the Pixzapix name while only the Twitter uses ArtPixza, so reversing the alias might not be out of line.
