In cases like this where the posts are in the single digits, manually adjusting the tags to the correct one would be more than sufficient.

The alias isn't entirely meritless though as the majority of Fate character tags follow the [class name]_[true name] nomenclature already unless they're already more widely known by their true names (e.g. Astolfo, whose tags I recently had fixed)

someone should just fix the fate series tags in general
