I think this would be better reversed. To me, stealth_ comes across more as an unseen act (e.g. stealth_sex, stealth_masturbation), while hidden_ better fits an unseen object in general (that may or may not be in use).

I agree that hidden_sex_toy is a clearer and more intuitive name for it. Stealth is more like 'someone is being sneaky' while 'hidden' is more unambiguous 'something or someone is not easily visible (like a sex toy under clothing)'. Which feels like the stronger description for this use. So I'm flipping it.
