I don't like tagging torn wings and ears as notched. Because they aren't.

I wouldn't mind having a separate tag for more severely damaged wings, helps to differentiate between a little tear versus being completely shredded.

I approve of having two separate tags.

That is a specific kind of injury which is used to distinguish spayed feral cats from catch-and-release programs, so they don't need exploratory surgery if they get caught twice.
Though it looks like most of the images for that tag are actually notched_ear...
