The tag implication #49178 tickling_feet -> foot_play has been rejected.

Reason: Foot_play means either using feet to stimulate genitals, or stimulating/interacting with the feet themselves. Tickling feet is stimulating and playing with them.

this is a bad implication anyway, when I'm thinking of foot_play I'm thinking of a consensual activity.
