Reason: there are apparently a lot of things tagged with this, but in recent years we've developed much better 'who's-poking-who' tags. I think this one can be retired.

They're not meant to be 'who's poking who' but 'how was <orifice> poked'. Besides, the implications penis_in_pussy -> vaginal penetration / penile_penetration are relatively new, dating to 2020. Other penis_in_* tags were implied in 2021: topic #28376.

I'm intimidated enough by the post changes system to not try to find how used the tags were before the implications were suggested.
