A Nitter search for trianglepapaya yields many replies to @Froot_art, with the most recent being in November 2020.

If these are the same artist, it feels like they may have disabled their old FA and renamed their Twitter around late 2020, but I'm not sure about that.

The Wayback Machine of TrianglePapaya's FA has an almost identical artist blurb at top as the FrootByTheFoot. Unless Froot Art is an impersonator (which doesn't make sense to me), I think they're the same artist and that kora viridian is correct:
