I agree with this in principle but I wonder if "penis_in_face" is really the best thing to name this tag. Other "in" tags like penis_in_pussy, penis_in_mouth, etc. all refer to penetration but with this tag the penis doesn't necessarily even have to be making direct contact with the face.

"penis_in_close_proximity_to_face" is a bit too much of a mouthful, though.

penis_in_face sounds too close to penis_on_face to me, and people do confuse them (really ). penis_near_face is less confusing, though what's considered "near" a face also seems a bit ambiguous; it's sometimes impossible to distinguish if it's on or near. presenting_penis, holding_penis, and similar seem a bit more what it's going for.
