The only Google results for "constable snowflake" chowder are e621. I feel like this is some sort of fan name for the character or something.

The post changes shows that it was on only one post for 10 years until somebody came along adding the tag to everything that was tagged with snow_leopard_(chowder).

I would think that there would be at least some google results if it was a fan nickname?
Also, can I just point out that the name "Chowder" makes looking for anything relating to the show so much harder.
