Going through lunch_box posts:
1) post #2956452 maybe includes a bag (paper bag?) instead of a lunch box. Was drawn with finger so hard to be sure. (e621 has tags paperbag and paper_bag)

2) post #1012404 maybe has a lunch bag instead of a lunch box. (but Wikipedia's Lunchbox article includes image of "Insulated thermal bag", so maybe lunch_box tag ok there)(some "lunch bag" products at Amazon also have "lunch box" in product title)

1) part of me thinks post #2814170 shows plastic food containers (such as tupperware) instead of lunchboxes (but Wikipedia Lunchbox article starts with "A lunch box (alt. spelling lunchbox) refers to a hand-held container used to transport food," and since 2814170 shows characters with hand-held containers containing food ... i guess they qualify as lunchboxes.

Should bento_box get lunchbox as an implication?

Bento box is literally just lunch box, but in Japanese, so I think an alias is correct, although if people consider the style different enough to merit its own tag, then I'm not against that either.

I think a bento box is distinguishable enough. Usually it has a removable lid with separate compartments inside, and is wider and flatter, whereas a standard lunchbox is typically a deeper box without compartments (or fewer compartments) and an attached lid. Also, perhaps the main thing is that you’re meant to eat directly out of a bento box. It functions as a dish when open. This typically isn’t the case with a normal lunchbox - you just remove the contents and eat on the table or a separate plate.

I think a bento box can imply a lunch box, as it's a particular style of lunch box.

As for "Lunch Bags", why not have a new tag for lunch bag and imply that to paper bag. The paper bag tag itself is a bit vague and can cover a character carrying a groceries paper bag or wearing one on their head.
