Reason: These tags refer to the same artist.
Both names seem to be used simultaneously by the artist, but I would lean towards the shamelesss tag being used as it's associated with the older account.

Proof: The artist's FurAffinity account links to the Twitter account that the first tag is named for.

It's definitely possible, if it's a big enough concern either shamelesss_(artist) or shamenando could be used instead and would be equally accurate.

In light of those potential tagging issues I think aliasing shamelesss -> shamenando would be the best option.
