Reason: Toadette is among the many toads so it should be an implication.

E6 tends to avoid implying characters -> species, due to the possibility that they are drawn as an alternate_species or otherwise do not look like the implied species. For example, it is possible for Toadette to look like a human, or for there to be not enough information from the image to deduce that she is a toad, since e621 uses TWYS to tag species and whatnot.

The same goes for the rest of your suggestions, although they are known to be toads they need to look like toads in order to be tagged toad_(mario).

This should have been a BUR anyway.
