Reason: Same artist, clearly.

I couldn't find any conflicts.

renardfoxx on FA; no renard_foxx on FA.
renardfoxx on IB; no renard_foxx on IB.
No renardfoxx or renard_foxx on Pixiv.

renard-foxx on DA which is probably the same person because there's a link on the FA contacts. renardfoxx on DA has no content.

I checked the sources for posts under renard_foxx and renardfoxx and everything seems fine; half are from the renardfoxx FA and the other half are from a dead tumblr.

The artist seems to prefer the name without the underscore, and only hyphenated on DA because someone else took the account name first. I don't think it matters either way.
